Terms of Service

1. Introduction

These terms govern the provision of accounting and logistics consulting services by Digital Dispo Logistics & Consulting s.r.o., IČO 10951849 (the "Provider") and are subject to Czech law, particularly Act No. 89/2012 Coll., the Civil Code.

2. Scope of services

The Provider offers:

• bookkeeping and tax records management,
• preparation of tax returns and VAT filings,
• payroll and HR administration,
• logistics consulting, transport cost analysis and supply chain optimization.

3. Contract formation

A service agreement is concluded in writing or by email once both parties confirm the scope and pricing.

4. Pricing and payment

Service fees are set by mutual agreement. The Provider issues invoices with a 14-day payment term unless agreed otherwise.

5. Liability

The Provider is liable for damage caused by breach of its obligations to the extent established by Czech law. Professional liability insurance is in place.

6. Confidentiality

The Provider maintains strict confidentiality regarding all facts learned in connection with the performance of services.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with a 1-month notice period, starting the first day of the following calendar month.

8. Final provisions

These terms are effective from 01.01.2025. The Provider reserves the right to update them when justified. Matters not addressed here shall be governed by Czech law.
